Payment for a Locker for Hospitality and Events

By paying for a locker key you are agreeing to the following terms:

Rental period ends at the end of the academic year, in this case Friday 18th June 2027. Please ensure your key has been returned before this date or at the end of the relevant phase of your course if applicable.
Locker keys must not be passed to another student under any circumstances. Keys should not be retained beyond the end of the academic session, even if you will be returning to College for a subsequent academic year. Students wishing to rent a locker again must submit a new request at the start of the next academic session.
Lost or unreturned keys will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Deposits will be refunded once the locker key has been returned and processed.

I understand that by not returning my key I will forfeit my deposit and my locker will be opened and contents removed. Items are kept in these lockers at your own risk.
